The Pan-American Exposition: Triumph/Tragedy in the Queen City 11/2/19

Join us Saturday, November 2nd at 1 pm as we welcome Christopher Kenney of the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum for his lecture “The Pan-American Exposition: Triumph and Tragedy in the Queen City.” He will explore the history and legacy of the Pan-American exposition including the eight days between the shooting of President McKinley and his death.

The 2019 McKinley History Speakers Series is presented by the McKinley Memorial Museum and the McKinley Memorial Library. The events will take place in the Auditorium on the National McKinley Birthplace Memorial grounds.

All programs are free, open to the public, and handicap accessible. The museum is located in the balcony of the auditorium. The balconies and restrooms are not handicap accessible. The first floor of the auditorium is handicap accessible.

The McKinley Memorial Museum will be open for tours before and after the program.
